The following links lead to sites that have cart plans available. There are two sections: Freely Available Plans cost you nothing to obtain, and Commercial Plans will cost you something to obtain. Note that some of these links are duplicated from the Vendors Page.

Michelle Mavity (msm@bright.net) has provided a description and a photo of how she converted a Radio Flyer #24 wagon to a dog-powered vehicle.
Catherine de la Cruz (cdlcruz@sonic.net) shares her modifications of the PVC cart plans above. Great photos and step by step directions.
Betty Fisher's (efisher@popped.cts.com) modification of a small plastic wagon for her bulldog.
